Walmart and Sam’s Club are also currently being built nearby, along with a future RaceTrac. At this time, there are no public transportation options in the immediate area.

Move-In and Move-Out Support

If your plans change, just let us know. You’ll need to submit a written notice with your intended move-out date, and our team will walk you through the next steps, including any fees, your pre-move-out inspection, and final billing.
If you’re not renewing your lease, we require at least 60 days' written notice.
Once we receive your notice, we’ll share your move-out instructions and give you the option to use our express cleaning service. Since The Brightly is a keyless community, we’ll ask you to confirm your move-out by email or text once you’ve vacated the apartment. Please leave your mailbox keys and any garage remotes on the kitchen counter so our team can collect them and return them to the office.
We know this is important. Your move-out statement is processed within 5 to 7 business days, and you’ll receive an update within 15 days. Any refund is typically mailed within 30 to 45 days.

Yes. Brightly Apartments uses a service called Updater to guide you through your move-in, with tools to help you stay organized, set up services, and manage your checklist. We also use PetScreening to register pets and assistance or support animals.
